New House New Landscape

February 4th, 2010 taylor2

Last year I took advantage of the First Time Home Buyer’s Tax Credit and dove in and bought my first home complete with a 15 year mortgage.  The home that I bought is a home originally constructed in 1933 but was recently renovated and modernized.  The interiors of the house are perfect but unfortunately the exteriors are basic and unappealing.  This is a home that I can create my own outdoor spaces.  I contacted a well-referred local landscaper to help me with the landscaping at my new home.

The first thing that happened was an experienced landscaper came out and talked with me about what I liked and disliked and how I would be using the outdoor spaces.  He then proposed to create garden designs for the front foundation planting for curb appeal and for the back patio areas for outdoor leisure space to enjoy with my family and friends.  I am anxiously looking forward to his ideas and solutions to my home lawn and landscape.  I am looking forward to a happy Twenty Ten inside and outside of my new home.
